Dr Susan Caroline is an intuitive life strategist dedicated to guiding women on a transformative journey of reconnection—with their body, mind, and spirit—through conscious-centered living. Her mission is to empower you to awaken your inner beauty, embrace your authentic self, and live with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

She holds Bachelors and Masters in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics and a Ph.D. from the University of Sedona, where she completed her dissertation in Conscious Living. She is currently a candidate for a doctorate in Theocentric Psychology at the University of Sedona. Additionally she holds multiple certifications in self-care, holistic nutrition, and personal training. She blend soulful wisdom with practical, actionable tools to create real, lasting transformation that honors both the spiritual and physical dimensions of your wellbeing.

Originally from England, she now live in the United States with my husband and mini Australian Shepherd , Magic. She has three amazing grown children and a grand-child on the way. As a minimalist and lifelong seeker, her philosophy centers on simplicity, mindful intention, and deep authenticity—values that guide her teachings and coaching.
