I'm Dr. Susan Caroline, and I'm so glad you're here!

After sitting on the sidelines and being the cameo in other people's stories, I'm here to tell you that there is more! You can take charge of your life, and be the heroine of your story!

You see, I believe every woman has an inner beauty waiting to be awakened and radiate to the world. I love connecting with women and helping them discover their true potential. Through personal development and self care, I strive continually to be the best version of myself and help other women do the same.

When I turned 50, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and realized that time is our most precious commodity. NOW is the time to step into the starring role of your life...don't waste another minute wondering what you could be.

That’s why I’ve created Awaken Real Beauty—a space where you’re supported, seen, and soulfully guided. Through private coaching, group support, and online programs, you’ll find the tools and transformation to stop settling and start shining.

The content I create is an overflow of my heart to yours, and I hope it inspires you to take good care of yourself, enjoy each day as the precious gift it is, walk in forgiveness and live, laugh and love!
